The small print

All prices include VAT at 20%.
Starter payment options: pay £195 upfront and £39 a month by direct debit, or pay £600 once. The monthly option has a 12-month minimum term and covers your Microsoft 365 licence, hosting, domain and website care. After 12 months, it continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Included for the first 12 months: Microsoft 365 licences, website hosting and domain registration, plus backup on Launch+.
From year 2: licences and domain renew at the then-current price, billed annually. Hosting is included in website care if you take it; otherwise it renews annually. This doesn't apply to Starter monthly, where these are covered by the monthly fee. We'll remind you 30 days before renewal. Backup on Launch+ continues at £15 a month for up to 100GB. If you need more, we'll agree a price with you first.
Microsoft 365 licences are a 12-month commitment. Once purchased, they can't be cancelled, reduced or refunded during the term, even for staff who leave.
Not included: devices (supplied at cost plus 10%), booking system subscriptions and advertising spend.
Content: posts and Reels use a mix of your photos and clips, licensed stock footage and AI-generated visuals. You approve everything before it's published.
Ownership: licences, hosting and domains are registered in your business's name. If you leave, your domain and email stay yours, and we can transfer your website to you for a one-off fee of £95.
Turnaround is counted from receipt of payment, access and content.
Website care: edit time doesn't roll over. Larger changes, such as new pages or redesigns, are quoted separately.
Managed IT: remote support in business hours. Not included: onsite visits (charged hourly), projects such as migrations (quoted separately), hardware and repairs, and out-of-hours support. Microsoft 365 licences are billed separately from year 2. Covers day-to-day support; larger requests are quoted separately.
